New British government flaunts criticism of Israel over Gaza flotilla to placate UK Muslims, leaked email reveals
Douglas Murray, probably Britain’s best known commentator on Islamist extremism, has a fascinating report out today on his blog for the Daily Telegraph. In it he reveals an email forwarded to him which suggests that recent statements by Prime Minister David Cameron and Foreign Secretary William Hague on Israel are already being used by the new government to bolster its credentials inside Britain’s Muslim community.
Both Cameron and Hague have made sharply critical remarks about Israel’s role in this week’s incident aboard a ship bound for Gaza in which nine people died. Douglas can tell this story far better than I can. So, I would strongly recommend reading his piece here.

I bumped into Douglas yesterday at the pro-Israel demo in London. There were a number of serious bloggers there like Chas Newkey-Burden. A very good atmosphere as I hope you can see from the video.

I am not surprised – and say this without any sarcastic/mocking tone. Of course this governmental behavior is unconscionable, and for the long run, say 50-70 years very irresponsable and also dangerous. It’s sad to see this bearing in mind that the Muslim community – as we are always told by their allies/apologists – comprises a tiny little 2 or 3 percent of Britain’s population. If yo, how could they wield such an enormous influence? (It’s also imaginable that to a limited extend Hague took into account their colation partner’s view and interests – which is of course directly clash with wider national interests, to say the least. For a remark back to the “society composition” thing. Even if nominally 2 per cent is the proportion of British Muslims, that is meaningless. What is NOT meaningless is the prop of the say, under 18, under 12, or under 5 year old. Ultimately this is the only thing that counts. I guarantee that the picture is less rosy then. Britain, as many other Western states, is, at least I think, is doomed if you extrapolate the numbers. But that’s Britain’s oand Europe’s problem. They won’t be able to put this right, unless they reverse their suicidal policies 180 degress and reverse them NOW!

This is a massive scoop by Douglas Murray, whose book on Neoconservatism is superbly written and highly recommended. Moreover, Murray is only 30 years old.
Of course, Murray’s age probably makes him too young to have known Cameron at Eton or Oxford, but shared educational establishments must give him a head-start in knowing what Cameron is about.

Devastating. The government is suffering from a bad case of Dhimmitude.
If the Islamists blew up a kindergarten, the British establishment would be falling over itself to apologize for having somehow given offence, and grovelling for forgiveness.
The only hope lies with ordinary people, who slowly are beginning to wake up to the theft of their national pride and identity by an effete and spineless liberal elite.

This troubling incident of the flotilla armada has been a litmus test for the new Government to show how it is likely to deal with the Middle East and it does not bode well. Placating Islamists here mirrors the attitude that Obama has been trying to do recently with Israel and the Muslim world. The real problem for us all at the moment however is the question on how we are going to have live with a nuclear Iran, if it is going to go that way, the very point Emanuele Ottolenghi keeps making and warning in his excellent book, and again in today’s JC and that if we don’t watch out, we could all end up as hostages. We are losing time. As a result of this crisis, Israel is in the doghouse whilst Iran is allowed to wander free.

It’s humiliating to be British today. The Government takes its orders from Islamic extremists. With a Muslim population of just 2 or 3 percent, Britain pronounces itself a dhimmi state.

I’ve just got back from the hate fest outside the Israeli Embassy. My neighbour has had her shop window smashed by some Turks because she spoke up for Israel.
Does this government really understand the hatred it is encouraging by sucking up to the Islamists?
And by the way, it’s government policy to allow Turkish entry into the EU.

A side-remark if Robin Shepherd allows me to…
Please boycott Sweden in Britain in everything you can!
1. Their vaunted Saab is teetering on the brink, after having been purchased finally by a Dutch company, but production of their new 9-% series is still very much under difficulties. The future of the firm is still not secured.
2. Volvo – a Chinese front company bought the manufacturer just a few months ago after Ford got rid of the financial drag after years. Now if you can support a regime with your hard-earned money that routinely maintains hundreds of (no joke!) labour camps (that are technically almost on a concetration-ccamp level!), almost weekly sumamry executions, mas confiscations of prperty from poor peasants and also urban dwellers, executes routine “medical experiments” on innocent children, women and virtually everybody it wishes, and is basically a totalitrian tyranny, then go ahead!
You CAN easily do this as your country (UK) is of more than 60 million and (still, but how far?) has an immense purchasing power, where the two (ex-)Swedish carmakers are popular. (Btw J. Tonge uses an older 850 – the two, Swedish and her mindsets fit brilliantly). Moreover boycott their lousy and primitive IKEA – one of the worst and uglies kind of furniture ever made in the West. (Basically on a 10-scale, Italian ones are 10, Sweidsh 0).
Sweden is – with a bit of, but not much exeggeration – is the absolute black heart of Europe, in my opinion it is a fascist country in disguise. Also, apart from the Swiss, ALSO the Swedes asked for the Nazis to print the “J” into the fleeing Jews’ passports. Now widely known! Kill this country’s economy, even if it will by itself, ’cause it is so much unsustainable even in the medium run. This is a noble cause. Please help – for Israel and the Jews!
