I remember the reaction of people in my workplace when they first heard about the terrorist attacks on 7th July 2005 in London. They thought that the buses and trains had "malfunctioned". When I told them equivocally that it must be an Al Qaeda terrorist attack, they looked at me as though I were mad. Says it all doesn’t it?

I am sure that many of them take for granted that Al Qaeda ia an Israeli agency mean to defame the world's Moslems. The sad thing is that Al Qaeda is slowly out-manuevering MI5 to become Britain's most prominent secret intelligence service!
